Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms were very clean and organized, but they didn't live up to the pictures we saw when booking. The equipped mini-bar was a pleasant surprise, although the use of towels from the previous guests was disappointing.
The hotel is superbly situated in the bustling heart of the city, offering clean, comfortable rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. The dining experience is top-notch, although there is room for improvement in the breakfast selection. A great value for money choice amidst a vibrant location.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, bright, and well-equipped, although a bit hot at times. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, especially the breakfast teams. The location was perfect for exploring the city, right near the Christmas markets. The dining was fantastic with a wide variety of choices, but I missed having muesli. Overall, a great value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was a good size but unfortunately too hot at night, and the pictures didn't match the reality. The service was fantastic with very helpful staff, but the dining options were varied. The location was perfect for exploring Budapest on foot, but some dishes seemed overcooked. There were also some letdowns in terms of facilities, though the overall value for money was reasonable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms facing the back were lovely and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. However, the room on the 4th floor overlooking the main street was extremely noisy, leading to interrupted sleep throughout our stay.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was clean and neat, though it could've been slightly larger for our party of three. The location was exceptional, close to various attractions, restaurants, and transport options. The service was helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The dining experience offered good variety, but with some areas to improve.
